This week we are leading up to the Summer Solstice. It's a time of powerful planetary moment when the tilt of the Earth brings us closest to the sun. It's the longest day and our spirits are alive and energised. It's a good time to reflect on your journey of the last 6 months. The Solstice represents the move from action to nourishment, in nature and well as in our own lives. Yoga this week will do exactly that, allowing you to honour the light within you. Now that's is how you start Saturday morning! What a beautiful Yoga in the Park today, connecting with the earth, the birds, the sun. These women taking time out at the start of their weekend just for themselves. To fill their cup. I honestly can't think of a better way to start Saturday than doing yoga outside in the warm spring sun. Good vibes all round! Join me next week!
