At the studio we also offer classes for one off fitness weekends and corporate events....today we had a great time with a fab bunch of people from Sheffield...🤩

As a team team we spend time learning how we can improve our education, how we can adapt and how we can look after our participants,any who has been with Carolyn for years and since she started will know how thorough she is.

Carolyn is still who I go to for advice and always will x
