Good Monday session, today kids 6+ 5.30-6.15pm and Adults Gi/No-Gi with Dave 6.30-8.00pm all welcome including beginners!

Tough Saturday morning rounds! Great to be back rolling with the guys after holiday. Thanks to Brandon for stopping in on holiday from Sheffield, a great technical brown belt. Visitors always welcome!

A hugely deserved Brown Belt for Sean! Delayed way too long because he trains across multiple groups and is a valuable addition to every mat he steps on.

On top of his coaching work with the RAF and local training with Black Belt Tim Chan, his competition record at purple belt has been impressive, stacked with medals and quality finishes. Balancing that level of competition with consistent coaching makes it even more impressive.

It’s been the shared wish of so many in the local scene, and a true honor for me to wrap that belt around his waist.

Classes are running as normal today!

Kids: Please leave the kimonos at home today. Just wear shorts and a t-shirt, and make sure to bring a drink to stay hydrated. The fans will be on and blasting!

Adults: Dave is back from his holiday and taking the Gi class tonight! A massive thanks to all the coaches who stepped up to cover session while he was away.
