Great to see Karen again. We were able to make some really small subtle changes in this session to create big improvements 👌
Another visit to Orbit the Horse Riding Simulator - Leicestershire yesterday for a session with Hannah Irons Equestrian - Rider Biomechanics & Fitness . Working on creating symmetry ( as usual ) and opening and relaxing the hip and knee joints to improve flexibility and lower leg position. I find these sessions really beneficial - Hannah is brilliant at spotting where small changes would be helpful and has a wealth of knowledge to help you improve 😍
