A strong finish to the season, and a final day 2-1 win away to Oadby, helped us to our highest league finish since 2018/19 🙌

Churches football is back and the 23/24 season is underway 🙌

We're always on the lookout for more players to add depth and quality to our squad. So if you're a new or returning student, recently moved to the area, or just looking for a local football team to join, then make sure to get in touch.

We train Wednesday evenings at Loughborough University and matchdays are Saturday mornings either at Derby Road Playing Fields or across Leicestershire.

Final score 1-1 AET (Loughborough Churches FC won 5-4 on penalties).

A tense, hard fought final ended up going the distance. After the heartbreak of last year, this was all about the togetherness and attitude of our squad, dragging ourselves back into it from going 0-1 down in extra time against the run of play, before deservedly claiming the win over the current league champions. We could not be prouder ❤️

The road to the cup final has been a dramatic one, with a thumping win over Knighton Romania and a nail biting semi-final.

Whatever happens at the weekend, it's been a huge effort from the whole squad - now let's go and win this thing! ✨🏆✨

DOUBLE ISSUE: A hard fought game against Chroma, including a debut hat trick for would ultimately end in a loss, and the boys were in desperate need of a win in their first home game of the season at And who would step up when they needed him the most? None other than Mr Assist himself who came up with two fantastic goals to put West Leicester away! 🎉 A huge first win and clean sheet for the team, who go away again next week to Oadby. A tough result at the weekend for the team, with a 2-1 loss away to One Church. It was a solid performance from the whole team, and they were unlucky to concede a second half penalty. gets his second MOTM in two games, and got on the score sheet again.
