Thailand in 4 weeks
So I am putting on some tough intense sessions for .short.1447
Half way through the session they thought they had nothing left but i turned the music up and pushed them through it!
It was shock to the there systems and also a eye opener of what they can achieve when they are motivated and pushed.

Thinking ahead, Ash wants to go into the new year on the front foot
Ash has had a busy year focusing on his family and his business but he knows he needs to get back on top of his health and fitness
Today we have made a strength and conditioning plan. Todays main focus was on correct form with full range of motion
I am looking forward to seeing the progressions that I know Ash will make in 2025

Leg Circuit day
Glute activation to start
4 exercises done in a row without a rest
2 minutes rest at the end of 1 circuit
5 sets
Mixing controlled movements with explosive movements is the way I like to do it
When I don’t feel strong in my legs everything is off
When I do this workout without fail once a week my confidence is up, my running times are better and my performances at 5 a side are where I want them to be
All you need is a bit of space, this can be done anywhere

Marathon Training 🏃🏻
With a half marathon coming up and some injures starting to show because of over training Lewis has come to me to try and help keep him on the right path of getting fitter but at minimum risk of getting injured .
Today I kept it nice and light and introduced some glute activation work and some split squats.
We finished with a 7k steady pace run with no pain in his injured Achilles.
Going forward I will start to introduce some balance exercises, some more single leg exercises and some interval training.
Cardio time
This is just a quick video of the hour long session I do twice a week.
Very simple
3 exercises
2 minutes flat out on each with a 2 minute rest preparing for the next exercise
5sets!
Fully in the zone
Fully focused
Not a care of who is in the gym
Not a care of anything outside of the gym
Walk out a new man ready to attack whatever will come my way 😀
