Something is better than nothing
Just because you can’t do it perfectly doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing
Don’t just throw the towel in on everything cause you didn’t make your gym session today
I bet you could still do your steps
I bet you could still make sure your food was healthy
I bet you could still make sure you drink enough water
Taking action of the things you can control will make more of a difference
Practicing these behaviours to turn them into habits
No one is perfect and things will crop up
You can either let it derail you or you can take it in your stride and see what else you can do
When you burst a tyre you don’t just slash the other 3 cause what’s the point in having them right?!
I promise you the person taking action over waiting for the perfect time is the person getting the incredible results

90% of the problems people have when it comes to fat loss can be answered by saying …
Calm down these things take time
We live in society where we expect everything so instantaneously
We can order food through our phones delivered straight to our home
We order whatever and we don’t even have to leave the house
Were always looking for that quick fix cause we are so used to getting everything so fast
When you then don’t see any change in the first week you just give up
You have to give your body time to respond to the things you are doing
One salad isn’t going to make you skinny
The same way one chocolate bar isn’t going to make you fat
Not seeing progress in your lifts?
Be patient
Not seeing the scales drop each week?
Be patient
Don’t give up
Its takes 66 days to form a habit
Trying something for one week isn’t going to reverse the years of habits you have
If you want drastic changes you are going to have to work on it

2. Don’t drop weights or equipment
3. Report any issues with equipment
4. Follow gym dress code (No sliders/sandals & No topless training)
5. Be conscious of personal hygiene & body odour
6. Leave bags, coats & personal belongings in lockers provided
7. Respect all members & staff
8. No horseplay
9. MOST IMPORTANTLY TRAIN HARD
