We did it! After 200 long hours, of blood, sweat, tears and endless Dad jokes (Your Yoga Your Journey with Jules 😉) we passed our assessments and graduated! I couldn’t have done it without the amazing people I met along the way. I’m so proud of us! 🎉🎉🎉

How to… sit comfortably 🧘🏼♀️
Top tips for beginners: Use as many props as you need to keep your spine straight and to make you feel comfortable, try to keep shoulders over hips, think lift and lengthen through the crown.
These 3 postures are just suggestions, there are so many more so have an explore and find what works for you!
Benefits: Comfortable seated positions help with focus and clarity and allow the breath to move freely.
Modifications: sit in a chair or use a wall for support if you have issues holding the spine straight. There is no right or wrong when it comes to your comfort. ❤️
How to… Mountain Pose 🏔
Top tips for beginners: Start from the ground up! Lift through the arches of the feet, don’t lock your knees, engage the quads, slight core engagement, shoulders back and down, tuck the chin slightly, lift through the crown of the head, don’t forget to breathe…
Benefits: improves posture and alignment, strengthens the legs, promotes a feeling of being grounded and stable.
Modifications: can be done sitting in a chair.
Sanskrit: Tadasana
