Walking Rugby is rugby without the running, tackling or pressure - just great people, plenty of laughs and a brilliant way to get active and meet others.

Whether you’ve played rugby before or have never touched a ball, everyone is welcome.

Not sure what to do this Sunday morning? We'd love for you to join us for our Academy Day, featuring our first ever Picnic on the Pitch! On this relaxed, family-friendly day we're looking forward to welcoming new faces, and plenty of old ones, to the club ahead of the new season.

Whether you've been part of the club for years or have never visited before, we'd love to see you.

Pack a picnic, bring a blanket and spend the day with us. It's the perfect chance to enjoy the atmosphere, meet our coaches, players and volunteers, and see what makes us 'A Club for Life'.
