Becoming a parent changes a lot, but it doesn’t mean your training has to stop.
The Strong Parent Project is the original strength training programme for parents at The Studio Collective.
It’s designed to give you a way back into structured training, without having to choose between looking after your baby and looking after yourself.
Your baby stays close by throughout the session, and your coach is there to support both your training and your baby when needed, so you can focus on moving well and building your strength again.
This isn’t a watered-down class. It’s properly coached strength training, adapted to where you’re at, in a small group environment where you’re supported from start to finish.
Membership options:
• 4 sessions per month — £59
• 8 sessions per month — £99
Spaces are limited to keep sessions small and coached to a high standard.

We’re excited to launch The Studio Run Project — a new coached run session designed to help you become a more efficient runner and actually enjoy your running.
Each session is led by Lauren and starts with guided mobility and activation to properly prepare your body for running. You’ll then head out for a 30–45 minute social run, suitable for all abilities, with pacing groups developing over time so everyone feels supported.
The session finishes with cool-down movements to aid recovery and reduce niggles — because running well doesn’t stop when the run ends.
This isn’t about racing or chasing PBs. It’s about moving better, running smarter, and building consistency in a supportive community environment.
