What a great first night! We welcomed back our adult classes, reconnected with dancers we haven’t seen in years, and welcomed new faces joining us for the first time. It was such a beautiful atmosphere—full of energy, warmth, and the dreamiest classes. Beginner levels this evening. See you there x

Adult Dance by DF. Creative, welcoming, devised classes designed for Adults, delivered by the teachers of The Dance Factory Studio.
Established in 2013, our Adult branch is home to over 40 adults. Our classes are suitable for beginner dancers through to welcoming back adults who have previous training or experience. With three levels in four genres. There really is a class for all.

A beautiful end to our first term of 2026 with Adult Dance by DF ✨

Such a gorgeous moment captured last night with our beginner ballet class after a session focused on developing port de bras, exploring arabesque, and building on the steps we’ve been working so hard on together. So proud of everyone’s progress, dedication, and the supportive energy in the room.

This evening we welcomed three beautiful dancers returning to class. Trained as children and adults, in the UK and beyond, they shared one thing in common: they chose dance again ♥️ Thank you for dancing with us. Another great week of adult classes at DF. See you all next week 🫶🏻

Intermediate Adult Ballet & Tap returns this evening ✨

Perfect for adults who danced in the past and are ready to reconnect with movement, music, and the joy of class. Whether you trained as a child or later in life, this class offers a supportive, social, and creatively uplifting space to return to dance with confidence.
