We are very excited meet lots of new ladies next week for their very first ‘On Broadway’®️Dance Fitness taster class 🥳

It’s way more than an hour of exercise and I can’t wait to share the dancing joy with you!

What a week we’re having learning the first section of our new routine from Dirty Dancing 🤩
Reckon we could try the lift by the end of the 4 weeks ladies?! 😂🙈

This was more like 40 minutes in real time of going over our new routine to ‘I’ve had the time of my life’ which we’ve just started today - we already LOVE it! 💃🏼

We covered 4 routines in one day and shared lots of tips and best practises with each other - a room full of fabulous women helping each other to be better ❤️

Our usual motto is ‘dance like no one is watching’ but on this day we danced with a real audience 😱😅 and these ladies were amazing 👏🏻 it was fun to finish a routine and get a big round of applause too 🥳
