I’m April and I’m a professionally trained Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Cheerleading Coach and have danced since I can remember 🕺🏼🤸🏼‍♀️

The fitness industry is constantly changing with new body images becoming more fashionable all the time. I want to stop this. STOP IT❌

Everyone is GORGEOUS in their own skin and that’s exactly what I want people to feel. To feel empowered, to feel happy, to feel positive and to have a good time! 💃🏼💣

My aim is that everyone leaves with a smile on their face and works to the best of their own ability. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is welcome, brand new to fitness or a fitness fanatic I’d love to see you! 🤩💥
