We’re excited to welcome our new coach, , to BMF.

Mollie specialises in strength and conditioning and has a real passion for competing and training in CrossFit. With over 15 years of training experience, she now brings that knowledge and energy to BMF, where she’ll be running classes and taking on new PT clients.

As a mum raising 3 kids, Mollie understands the reality of busy schedules and the challenges that come with trying to stay on top of your health. She’s passionate about helping women create better structure with their training, nutrition, and overall lifestyle, while still managing the demands of everyday life.

We’re looking forward to having her share her expertise and be part of the BMF journey.
