Hello friends and family,
This year a few of us from work are teaming up to raise money for Movember, the leading charity for men’s health including mental health/suicide prevention as well as cancer research.
Decided to go for it this year and get rid of the facial fluff!
It sure has been a while since I've been clean shaven.....
Let's see what can be grown this month in aid of raising money for a worthy cause.
Please consider donating to our team if you can, here’s the link:

It’s here!!! After what has felt like the longest 2+ years of unbelievable amounts of work and an enormous learning curve, we can now share with you ‘Scotland: Ocean Nation’ - a 3-part series about a wild and epic journey of discovery 😀🌊🏴🦞🐠🐋🦀🦭🦈
In 2021, I set out to SUP around Scotland’s wild and dramatic coast, to show what was out of sight and out of mind. I could never, ever have predicted what I would encounter.
10 weeks and 800 miles are wrapped up in James Appleton Photography ’s absolutely stunning footage of Scotland’s most epic coastline, wildlife and people as we paddle around endless headlands, dive underwater and meet Scotland’s wonderful Ocean People to delve into our human connection to the sea.
‘Scotland: Ocean Nation’ is available to stream for free in the UK on STV Player for the next 12 months (link below) - I really hope you enjoy it, and if you do, please share it with your pals!
Huge, huge thank you to everyone who has been involved in this massive project, it really would be nothing without the kindness, support and hard work of so many people. The series was produced with the unstoppable Shelley Williams of Reel Soul Movies and the editing genius of Rowan While
Really hope you enjoy it! ❤️🏴🌊 thank you 🙏🏻

Well that was a mixed bag of a weekend!
Had a cracking nights sleep Friday night and woke up fresh and ready for a good days racing Saturday.
Took P1 on the rs250 in qualifying for both formula 400 and up to 500 with some good times, both in the 57s
Managed a time good enough for 3rd in the streetstock 125 on DDR Motorsport CBR but lost the front at the hairpin.
Race 1 in up to 500 on the 250 was unfortunatly a DNF due to an electrical issue causing a flat battery......DOH!
Race 2 for formula 400, after a battery change, was a welcomed win after a good battle with Ste on his steelie
Race 3 on the 125 was turning into what could have been a podium finish, however came into Lunar a bit hot and lost the front, sliding full bore into the tyre wall. Luckily no injuries and the bike was OK.
Race 4 on the 250, was a long slog from the back of the grid after the DNF, only just catching 1st on the last lap but managing to take him for the win.
Race 5 on the 250 was another good battle with Ste and managed P1 in class and overall.
Qualifying on the Sunday saw me in 1st for both classes on the 250 and 6th on the 125.
Race 1 on the 250 was a nice win, being chased the whole race but managed to stay out front.
Race 2 on the 250 was turning out to be a really good race! Chasing down 1st for the win, after being held up slightly. Managed to post my fastest ever time with a new PB on 56.9, but unfortunatly the bike had different plans and whent pop and seized coming past the pits. Day over for the 250 :-(
Race 1 and 2 on the 125 saw a mid pack finish, managing to stay on it for both races and take the chequered flag, with some good racing throughout both. A much needed sight after a few crashes on Saturday!
Thanks to Bill at DDR for the opportunity to race the 125! Frustrated with the crashes.......
Thanks David Andrew for the photo! Sums it up nicely 🤣🤣
Hopefully have the 250 rebuilt and ready for the next round for some more racing!
Thoughts go out to Michael Day who had a nasty highside on Sunday.
Hope you heal swiftly dude!

Took the Aprilia rs250 out for its maydern voyage today on a track day with
Absolutely over the moon with how it performed, 1.5 years of hard work building her up slowly has paid off!
Considering the rear shock is bog standard and the forks are made for a 03 zx6, it handled surprisingly well, other than tearing up the rear tyre and the back wallowing like a hipo round the corners...... 🦛
Deffinitly needs the treatment!
This year I'll be competing with PDMCC. First race 1st May!
