Aidan accomplished this transformation working around his injuries and only training 🏋️ 3x times a week.
We set daily targets 🎯 that were tailored to him his schedule and preferences.
Aidan got to enjoy two stag do’s 🍻
He also had to stay away from home whilst he up-skilled to 3phase ⚡️ during his coaching.
This was all communicated in our weekly review with myself so we had a plan of action where he knew exactly what he had to do to stay on track and still progressed.

Evan is on the road, working in customers homes, he was also on call a couple of times where he’d be working late nights and weekends and also worked away from home.
All this was accounted for and communicated with myself so we had a plan of action where he knew exactly what he had to do to stay on track and still progressed.
Evan was great to coach, an ideal client who updated me on everything I needed to help him achieve the results you see above.
He was relentless and kept being consistent and ticking off his daily targets.

Here’s Sam Hayes my online client
who works on the tools 🛠️
as a Dual Fuel Engineer ⛽️⚡️
He reached out to me for some help in achieving his goal of losing some weight and to feel more comfortable on holiday.
Sam travels a lot for work and stays away in hotels 3 weeks out the month. So his plan consisted of:
Workouts that he could do in his hotel room needing minimal to no equipment 🏋️
A flexible nutrition plan he could follow whilst travelling and not having the ability to cook and prepare his own food 🍗
Daily targets he could adhere to and be consistent with that wasn’t going to add more stress to his day 🎯
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀:
Fat loss ✔️
Inches lost across his body ✔️
Just under a stone lost on scale weight ✔️
Fitness improved ✔️
Comfortable on holiday ✔️
Sam achieved this by overcoming many personal situations.
But he kept communicating with myself, we made adjustments when needed and he stuck to the plan.
The picture shows his dedication and hard work has paid off 👏
He still got to socialise 🍷🍺
And enjoy pizza 🍕 with his daughter on the weekends.

We had to adjust training due to some injuries but as you can see he got in good shape regardless.

If you got bad knees and hate running, you are not going to stick to 30 minutes of running on a treadmill each session.
I understand that everybody has different commitments and schedules, so there’s no point throwing them a plan they can’t keep up with.
We have built Sean back up, worked on his injuries and got him ready for Portugal 🇵🇹 💪🍺 ☀️ 🏝🕺

Over the 12 weeks each individual had their own goals they wanted to achieve.
Each individual had different starting points in regards to their body/physique.
Each individual had different nutrition experience, needs and wants.
Each individual had different levels of training experience.

So no overwhelm or guess work.
