Bicep focused chin-ups differ from normal chin-ups. The goal is not to pull your chest to the bar. Instead, focus on pulling the bar towards the ground, keeping your elbows in front of you.
This chin-up variation puts greater emphasis on your biceps. It is often used by gymnasts and arm wrestlers.
