Bigger.
More talented.

But every player can be committed.
Every player can be resilient.
Every player can learn.
Every player can improve.

The players who go furthest aren't always the most gifted.

They're often the ones who keep showing up when things get difficult.

Maybe grassroots football isn't about raising the best player.

Maybe it's about helping every child become the best version of themselves.
