Meet Pooja, the one who is always smiling in class, always turns up, hardly ever misses a classes and acknowledges the importance of self care to look after her health.

I'm so pleased to be able to dance with Pooja every week!
This is why she keeps showing up:

"I started attending the BollyFIT and BollyJAM classes twice a week, and recently joined BollyTONE which says a lot because I’ve never really been someone who enjoys exercising. I knew I needed to take better care of my health, and this turned out to be the perfect way to do it without it feeling like a chore.

Every session is full of energy, great music, and genuinely fun routines that make you forget you’re actually working out. The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging, which makes it easy to keep coming back. What I love most is that it doesn’t matter what your fitness level or experience is—everyone is just there to enjoy themselves and improve.

On top of that, I’ve met some amazing people and made really good friends along the way. It’s become more than just a class; it’s something I look forward to every week. If you’re like me and struggle to stick to traditional exercise, this is such a fun and uplifting way to stay active."

Sometimes we just end up going wrong🤣

I love this crew for laughing through the moment and keeping the energy high. It’s not about being perfect - it’s about moving together! We don't care about perfection!

When you got to remember choreo for about 10 -15 tracks in one session, the brain may not always comply!

This amazing soul walked into my class one day to start her new journey of feeling better in herself. Maya was nearly pre-diabetic but managed to take control of her lifestyle and decided that enough was enough, she needed to make a change:

"Hi, I’m Maya. After years of yo-yo dieting and struggling with post-partum weight, I finally found something that worked for me. Since joining Dimples classes a year ago, the fun mix of dance, music, and strength training has made exercise enjoyable again.

With the flexibility I need as a working mum and the support of empowering women, I’ve improved my diet naturally and lost over a stone. I’m now on a steady weight loss journey and a healthier, happier me."

Maya always comes into class with a smile, and embraces the fun of movement. Most importantly she has been consistent in attending and taken nutrition into her own hands, and is so pleased with the results and how much better she feels in herself.
