Earl Shilton Road is closed at the Thurlaston Village end. You can still get to us from the Earl Shilton end. Severn Trent are mending aomething or other and expect it to last for up to three days

The Home Office has announced an amnesty for five top or side-venting blank firers manufactured in Italy by Bruni, which have been classed as readily convertible fi****ms and are now illegal to own.

Anyone who has one of the affected models can hand it in to a police station without facing prosecution, provided they do so before 27 February.
