“I need to work on my health and fitness, but I’m just too busy”

Hate training by yourself?
Meet Aisha, Sara and Camilla. They just smashed another group session!!!
Aisha was worried about training because she had some existing pain. She now can do pull ups and dips completely by herself and pain free. She’s confident and worry-free!!
Sara tried several other trainers but she always got to a point where she’d start feeling intense pain. She tried different trainers but the chronic pain always came back. After some Pioneer education and training she’s moving and training pain free.
Camilla felt like she could never do a chin up. She is now doing several chin ups and dips confidently with no help. She’s continuing to learn more about her body and how she should train.
