Aggie Kownacka Cert RP our HR & Compliance Assistant, who has been part of the business for nearly 7 years. Aggie oversees all internal and external compliance and is currently studying for her CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Amanda Wrisdale Assoc CIPD is our HR Manager, who has been with the business for over 10 years. Amanda brings a wealth of experience and is currently working toward her CIPD Level 7 qualification.

Ashley Sutton - Has been working at Barker Ross for 7 years and is the Industrial Branch Team Leader. He enjoys most meeting new people and building relationships.

Anna Polek - Has been working for Barker Ross for almost 10 years. It has been a journey full of laughs and meeting some truly great people. Anna really enjoys what she does and the opportunity it gives her to make a difference, building relationships, and to continue growing both personally and professionally.

Klaudia Kraszewska - Has been working at Barker Ross for almost 6 years and she is the Team Leader. She enjoys most building and maintaining relationships/trust with clients and candidates and being a part of such an amazing team.

Meet our amazing team in Peterborough...

Team Peterborough have over 20 years of experience in recruitment and are all extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They look after all industrial, manufacturing, logistics and office roles from unskilled workers to more skilled and specialised roles.

Yasmin Clark oversees the general running of the Peterborough branch, incorporating both sales and operational service and has been with the business for over 9 years. Yasmin has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the industry and clients in the Peterborough area.

Orinta Noraite is responsible for service and operations, looking after our clients and ensuring that all demand is met. Orinta has a vast amount of experience at Barker Ross and has been with the business for over 10 years.

Paulina Zaluszniewska is our Account Manager in Peterborough and has worked at Barker Ross for four years. Paulina oversees all service elements for some of our key clients, particularly within the industrial sector. She has a huge amount of knowledge and fantastic relationships with the clients that she looks after.

Kristina Lengvinaite is Onsite Account Manager for one of our largest clients and has been with the business for almost two years. Kristina is fully committed to servicing a client that has fluctuating demand all year round and is always there day or night to ensure the smooth running of the account for both our client and our candidates.

Maria provides overall support to the Peterborough team and is a real asset in ensuring that our clients get the full support that they need at all times.
