The DL Narborough Foxes delivered a brilliant performance in the Mercury Cup on Sunday 24th May, securing a commanding 5-1 victory over former finalists Melton Mowbray at “The Den”. A huge shout out goes to superstar junior Lyla Clarke for proudly representing the club and securing an excellent win. Representing David Lloyd Narborough were Jamie “THE BOMB” Turner, Dylan “Backhand Master” Sanghera, Samik “Drop Volley King” Chandarana, Lucy “Lob Queen” Croucher and Charlotte “Backhand Maestro” Turner, with the whole team showing fantastic spirit and quality throughout the match. The win sees the Foxes progress to the next round of the cup, where they will face another strong side, Leicestershire Tennis Club, on 5th July. Will this year be the year we get our trophy back 👀
