Vinyasa flow yoga in Leicester My name is Elaine and I am a yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, and have practiced yoga for over 20 years.

I also have experience of teaching yoga to individuals with visual impairments. I believe yoga should be available to all, and not require expensive leggings. I aim to provide community based friendly and affordable yoga to everyone.
