‼️‼️⁉️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️‼️‼️

As of 1st august we will be changing our opening hours for general training to the following times-

Mondy to Friday 4pm - 8pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm
Sunday 9am - 12pm

Unfortunately due to the economic effect of coronavirus , and the current cost of living crisis,
It isn’t financially viable to staff the gym for 12 hours a day when there aren’t very many members coming through the door,

Please note that pt will still be taking place during the “closed” hours, offering clients personal training in a quiet environment. Please message to enquire about group training or one to one,

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,

We will be reviewing the situation at the end of august, and update you all accordingly,
