Because I’m pretty sure the waiting line at McDonald’s takes longer than 4 minutes…

Or grabbing the croissant at the M&S petrol station…

People often say that they don’t have time for breakfast or use it as an excuse for making poor decisions.

In my opinion breakfast sets the tone for the day.

Try these Protein Oats which can be made in just a few minutes.

Or you can even make a batch of 3 the night before for the next few days so you can take them with you and eat on the go.

Parent Fit 365 was created with 5 core principles…

These were created to help parents to regain control of their health and fitness, whilst getting strong, dropping body fat and feel much more energetic all year round… (not just because summer is coming!)

1. Embrace Balance:

Strive for balance in your approach to nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.

Avoid extreme diets and workout regimens.

2. Prioritise Performance:

You should aim to improve your performance both physical and mental.

Rather than concentrating on how many calories you’ve burned on your Apple Watch.

Concentrate on how much weight you have lifted or how fast you ran.

3. Be a Positive Role Model

Lead by example and inspire your children by embodying a healthy and active lifestyle.

Let them see you exercise. My son runs round singing Elton John I’m still standing…

He didn’t make it up, he’s seen someone do it. Kids are like sponges!

4. Practice Self-Care:

Take time for yourself to recharge and prioritise your physical and mental health.

You should be a little more selfish…

Because if you’re feeling better, you will have more energy, which means you are going to be able to give more back to your family.

5. Feel good & Move Pain Free

Focus on improving energy and improving your movement patterns

Do you struggle to carry your toddler?

Do you struggle to walk with your son or daughter your back…

Or do you almost put your knee out playing football with your 2 year old?

Because sorry to say it… but,

If you feel like your body is struggling now, add 15 years on and imagine how you’re going to feel then…
