Hello friends

I’m relaxing this week so group yoga sessions with me will restart on 6th & 8th Jan, if you’re looking for a friendly, local, community class to help bring a feeling of ease & well being into your body, your mind & nervous system this might suit you well.

I’ve been practicing yoga for well over 30 years & sharing for around 17, my groups are for both beginners & seasoned yogis & at present ages run up into 70’s, you’re never too old to start.

Precious time with my oldest friend road tripping on Crete to celebrate us both turning 60, what a treat. Now I’m letting you know there’s a few spots left in yoga classes with me starting next week. Another year of yoga at such a privilege to share yoga with your students as part of their HEAL (holistic education and learning offer. All the best to this years leavers & I look forward to seeing the rest of you in September. Have a great summer holiday 🌟🌻☀️

Generous feedback from a class teacher at a weekly SEN session, children are all academically very able but struggle hugely with their behavioural & emotional regulation. Such a privilege to spend time with these students, hopefully their yoga sessions add gentle tools to support themselves their lives☀️

Tuesday 29th October 8 weeks
&
Thursday 31st October 8 weeks £80 £12 drop-in. If there’s any sessions you know you can’t make then please knock off payment for those.

There are always a couple of reduced cost, pay what you can places for those that do need a cheaper rate.

Looking forward to being back on the mats with you after a week of rest, whether i saw you last week, not for a few years or I’ve not met you yet, you are all very welcome, it is a privilege & a joy for me to share this practice with you.

What an enjoyable 8 weeks back in SEN schools & at the studio sharing practices that help to being bring ease, comfort & strength into our lives. Big thank you to all who’ve attended I really appreciate you choosing to join me & to all of my wonderful students in SEN schools you really do brighten my days. A week off now to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday & then to have a holiday with a friend of 47 years! Time flies my friends. Sending love Kayx
