🥊 WHAT IS A SKILLS BOUT?

A skills bout is the perfect stepping stone between training in the gym and competitive boxing.

It gives young boxers the chance to experience the ring, build confidence, improve their skills and learn how to perform in front of a crowd — without the pressure of winning or losing.

Skills bouts are strictly controlled:
✅ No heavy punching
✅ No aggression
✅ Good sportsmanship
✅ Technique, control and learning come first

For many young boxers, this is where the journey really starts. 🥊

Skills bouts are about learning, control and confidence — not winning by force.
