We also work very closely with all our Changing Lives through Horses learners to promote healthy minds. The horses are our number one go to when needing a little bit of a pick me up 🐎 Did you know that: horses are great at bringing people into the present moment, reducing anxiety levels 🐎 Did you know that: the gentle, non- judgmental way a horse behaves helps people rebuild trust & gain confidence in another being.
