⭐ PIZZA TOPPED BURGERS ⭐

Homemade double cheeseburgers topped with a pizza bun top 🍕 Cheeseburgers made using my fave burger kit. Honestly, you only need a tsp of the kit, so it lasts ages but the difference it makes to your burgers is unreal ❤ used a small packet of 5% fat beef mince, mashed it up, added the burger spices and an egg and divide mince into 4. Flatten into burgers and fry until brown. Once brown add a burger cheese slice. Then with the top of the bun, turn it upside down and added tomato puree, 30g light mozzerella (part hex a) and added half a mini pepperoni (1 syn). 8 syns for an Aldi brioche bun.

While they're cooking, peel and chop your potatoes, I cover mine with boiling water and zap in microwave for 5 mins, drain, rinse with cold water and then pop into airfryer. Spray with frylight and add chip seasoning for perfect chips 🍟 I cook on 200 for 30 mins, shaking every 5 mins.

Once burger patties are cooked, get your buns ready, add a layer of lettuce, the beef burgers with cheese. I added burger sauce (2 syn) & gherkins. Enjoy 🍔🍕🍟

⭐️ CHINESE CHICKEN CURRY ⭐️

This was made by using Chinese chicken curry kit. Its syn free if you don't add the flour, I don't and it tastes beautiful 😍 Tastes like a proper Chinese but without the grease and better chicken.

Popped everything in the slow cooker this morning, threw in 2 chicken breasts, the Chinese curry kit, 2 onions quartered, about 12 mushrooms, sliced and a handful of peas. I popped it on high and covered it with boiling water. By the time I got home, the chicken all fell apart and it was ready to just serve.

I served it with syn free egg fried rice, just scrambled egg in with boiled rice.

⭐ TIKKA SIZZLER BOX ⭐

Syn free tikka sizzler skewers made with 2 chicken breasts and a tsp of tikka sizzler seasoning (I also put in a sprinkle of red food colouring and a few sprays of Frylight). Put on he skewers and cook in the oven on 180 for 25 mins.

n the airfryer with chip seasoning (cook on 200 for 30 mins).

Served with boiled rice, Indian salad, mango chutney (1 syn) and yoghurt with mint (free).
