1. PRIVATE USE...book the gym for yourself and your friends/family for an hour for £10 up to 4 people (EXTRA £2:50 per person)....you and your party will have the gym completely to yourselves.... you book your time slot and pay by BACS ✅

2. OPTION TWO
pay a monthly membership of £30..this is unlimited use of the gym from:
7am til 5pm mon to friday ..
weekends 7am til 9am - 12pm onwards ....
the maximum amount of people in gym at one time is limited to 6 people to enable you all to use the gym safely allowing you to adhere to 2 metre social distancing ...for this you will use my bookwhen system it’s so easy book your slot as many as you like for the month ..no contract just pay at beginning of month and cancel when you like.

I have put measures in place recommended by Health England and the government to ensure your safety..

This is a private gym and there will be no more that 6 people in the gym at one time for your own safety ...all gyms now will have use a booking in system ..this is something I have been doing for the last year ...it’s very easy to use and gives you the confidence to train knowing you will be safe ..

We have been very busy and you will see a few changes in the gym, the ceiling has been raised ,new slabbed walkway to gym ,freshly painted and more mirrors,new smith machine and more weights....

Please abide by the New measures i have put in place (failure to follow these strict guidelines will lead to you being refused to use the gym) these are as follows :

1. GET BOOKING YOUR SLOTS 👍🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
Via myself for private use or by Bookwhen for unlimited use

2. Please adhere to the 2 metre social distancing when in the gym ..I have set out the gym so you are able to do this ..safely and effectively

3. Sanitiser will be left outside the gym for you to sanitise the door handle on entry .

4. It is your responsibility to clean BEFORE & AFTER use of equipment ...Keep YOUR GYM CLEAN & SAFE

5. Sanitiser will be available in the gym I ask you to sanitise before and after use of all equipment ..dispose of cloths in covered bins placed in the gym. Let’s keep this the cleanest safest gym in leicester

6. Gloves will be available in the gym for you to use for your own safety if you wish to do so . If you are bringing your own gloves please make sure these are disposed of correctly.

7. Please stay away from the gym if you feel unwell and are showing any signs of this damn disease Covid 19, if you or a friend or someone from the same household has tested positive or shows symptoms or if you have have been in contact with anybody that has been infected then you must isolate for 14 days per government guidelines and you will not be able to use the gym ..

8. Wash your hands before using the gym ..there are washing facilities for you to use with sanitising hand wash ...paper towels for you to dry your hands.

9. Please dispose of the towels and gloves in the covered bins placed in the gym.

10. We now have working internet ..the password will be in the gym on the board

11. I have now installed security cameras in the gym ...I will be watching 👀👀😂

12. The gym will be deep cleaned 3 times aday and regular cleaning of equipment throughout the day ...

13 ..please arrive for your workout on time and allow yourself time to sanitise your hands and the equipment

14.. please make sure you don’t arrive too early for your time slot if you do then stay in your car until your time.

15. You MUST LEAVE THE GYM when your session time is up ..
