I have had the privilege of delivering the Level 4 Award - Work with Parents - Intense Support to Families with Complex Needs (virtually) with practitioners from Northamptonshire. A really creative group, utilising what they could find in their homes to make their interpretation of a practitioner! Very impressive!!

Day 4 of the delivery of the Level 4 Work with Parents - support for families with complex needs with Family Support Workers from Barnardos Gloucestershire! The importance of setting expectations and chairing a TAF! Loved the role play and learners went away knowing what it feels like to be a parent on the receiving end of intervention! Looking forward to tomorrow!
