RIDES ARE SATURDAY + MOST WEDNESDAYS (quick) AND SUNDAY (relaxed). Meet at the Charles Wilson Building at 11am. You can join at any of these.

Please note that rides are subject to change and may be moved to the nearest Wednesday or cancelled altogether if the weather is bad. Keep an eye on facebook! We are working on group spinning classes in the Sports Centre for when the weather is bad and should know about these soon. Membership is just £3 for the year!
