🐉💪 Matrix Mums & Ladies of Leicester 💪🐉

We are enrolling now for any and all ladies (minimum age 16 years + unless already a student of the club or attending with a parent) in the 2nd phase of our women's self defence classes.

Every Thursday at 7:15pm we hold a ladies self defence class to raise awareness of situations and scenarios where conflict avoidance tactics, but also physical defence may be necessary.

If you'd like to get involved and start learning new ways to protect yourself (and potentially others around you) in harmful scenarios, please get in touch or book your free taster session via out timetable link below to start your sessions from Thursday the 7th of May at 7:15pm.

Just a last reminder for the Patterns (Kata) seminars tomorrow at the academy in the afternoon. All for main syllabus students (not little dragons)

12noon to 1:00pm - Level 1 patterns - white belt to green belt - Chon Ji / Tan Gun / Do San

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Level 2 patterns - blue tag to purple belt - Won Hyo / Yul Gok / Chun Gun

2:00pm to 3:00pm - Level 3 patterns - brown belt (3rd kyu) to Black Belt (1st Dan) - Toi Gye / Hwa Rang / Chung Mu / Qwang G*e

Each hour slot is only a £2 "cash in the bucket" fee

Senior grades that wish to do all 3 hours for a massive patterns refresher are £5 for the afternoon

Black Belts who are participating but assist in the level 1 & 2 hours only pay the £2 for the final hour.
