English Indoor Bowling Association

Banister Park Bowling Club is welcoming visitors for their Indoor Bowls Open Days on 12th and 13th September, and everyone is invited to come along and give bowls a try.

Whether you’re completely new to the sport and curious to try it, or looking to return to the sport, it’s a brilliant chance to discover how enjoyable, social and accessible bowls can be with a warm introduction to the game.

The club will be open from 10.30am to 4.00pm on both days, with refreshments available and plenty of opportunities to have a go. There’s no cost, no experience needed, and all ages are welcome – all you need is to just bring a pair of flat‑soled shoes.

Horncastle Indoor Bowls Club is hosting an Open Day taking place on Sunday 27th September, from 10am to 2pm.

The club is inviting local residents to come along and try bowls for free, with friendly members on hand throughout the session to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide a warm introduction to the sport.

It’s an ideal opportunity for anyone curious about bowls to step onto the carpet and discover how enjoyable, social and accessible the game can be.

The Open Day will be held at the club on Coronation Walk in Horncastle.
