FSD Academy is growing — and we’re looking for a Part-Time PA / Office Assistant to support our busy and positive working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team that works every day to make a real difference in young people’s lives through education, mentoring, and sport.

Not every child thrives in mainstream education — and that’s not a failure.

At FSD Alternative Provision, we support primary and secondary-aged students who are struggling with behaviour, engagement, confidence, anxiety, or social challenges in traditional school settings. Through structured routines, mentoring, sport, education, and consistent relationships, we help young people rebuild belief in themselves and rediscover a pathway that works for them.

Alternative Provision, when done properly, can be life-changing.
It can turn daily conflict into consistency, exclusion into engagement, and frustration into focus. Our aim isn’t just to educate — it’s to stabilise, support, and progress each child towards a more positive future, whether that’s reintegration, qualifications, or long-term personal development.
