These 5 Lessons changed the game for me

I wasn’t always someone that was in shape but these things transformed my life and my body:

Lesson 1️⃣: GET A MENTOR.
- Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Get a Coach to help you get to your goal faster. Most importantly - pick someone that has achieved what it is you want to achieve.

Lesson 2️⃣: FOLLOW THE PLAN, NOT YOUR MOOD.
- When you don't feel like it... do it anyway. The changes take place in the work that you don't feel like doing.

Lesson 3️⃣: EMBRACE YOUR NEW IDENTITY.
- You have to start living in alignment to the new version of who you want to become. Align your habits to that future self and act like the person you are becoming.

Lesson 4️⃣: WHEN THE GOING GET'S TOUGH, YOU HAVE TO GET TOUGHER
- There will be moments where you want to give up, but you have to dig deep and push through.

Lesson 5️⃣: EMBRACE THE PROCESS
- The fact that you decided to change from where you were is powerful, let that be the driving force in moving you forwards.

Kish Dropped 14kg in 6 Months Without Spending Hours in the Gym 🔥

Wayne’s situation was very similar to a lot of other guys’ out there..

Before embarking on his journey, he was someone that used to train 5-6x per week and doing a high amount of cardio with the hope of trying to burn off the stomach fat that he wanted to lose..

When it came to his diet, Wayne struggled to know how much to eat and the right foods he should eat to achieve one of his goals, which was to see his abs!

With the right guidance, we implemented a few changes...

🔥 We reduced his workouts to 4x per week making his sessions more effective, which sped up his progress

🔥 Added more food into his diet to allow him to start building muscle and burn fat

As a result, his progress started to speed up!

It all started with helping Wayne understand that trying to workout more often and harder, and doing excessive cardio isn’t necessary for getting fit and trimming off his belly fat.

The most important thing was…

Building a fitness routine that aligned to him and his lifestyle!

Guys, you don’t need to workout every day of the week to get in shape…

I see it far too often…

Guys busting their ass in the gym 6/7 days a week in the gym trying to lose body-fat and get in their best shape…

You’re over-doing it!

To achieve your health goals, you need a simple plan, suited to you, and fitted around your lifestyle which is realistic.

(I work with guys working out 3x per week, who are getting in their best shape to date)

Before we started working together, Nathan was in a similar position, training 5-6x per week and whilst being in good shape, he wanted to go one step further!

So what did we do?

🚀 We actually reduced his training sessions down to 4x per week

🚀 We paid more attention to the foods he’s now eating

And as a result of making just a couple pf changes…

Guys, here are 7 things you can do to start boosting your testosterone, naturally...

1. Rest. Make sure you are getting 7-9 hours of sleep, every day

2. Cut back on alcohol.

3. Vitamin D. Increase your daily sunlight exposure or supplement in Vitamin D.

4. Hit your Macros. Ensure that you are consuming enough protein, fats and carbohydrates.

5. Stay active. (Minimise inactivity)

6. Strength train. Train 3-4x per week in the gym, combining weights and cardio.

7. Minimise stress. Use various methods to de-stress, such as meditation, walking or even breath-work.

I’m here to remind you that you CAN change 👊

I didn’t realise the POWER of transforming my physique and how it could have such a domino effect on so many other areas of life…

I learnt that getting in shape is about about proving to yourself that you CAN achieve what you put your mind to...

It means facing your challenges head-on, and proving to yourself that you can push through and achieve something great for yourself.

There’s no denying that…

YES it will require work

YES it will require discipline

YES it will mean pushing past your excuses

But that’s precisely what makes it worth it. You have to give up something old in order to achieve something new

Whether that’s certain vices like fast-food or alcohol…

Or, procrastination on getting started…

I promise you that if you start to get in better shape, your life WILL transform! You will develop another level of confidence, and as a result, your self respect will skyrocket.

And there is nothing better than feeling confident in your self, your ability at your job and in your relationships.
