Today COVID-19 has become a MASSIVE new challenge for us all to overcome. Especially if you want to feel at your best, rather than feeling like youβre running on fumes. We hope that amidst the uncertainty, you find the space and the motivation to get started. A simple 30 minute workout at home could truly lift and brighten your day. Remember to reach out if you need some help π

We're coming through the PEAK!!!
So if you're going barmy, that's just and fair! We can also now say though that soon, we can start to look forward into gaining some normality in the future.
Most of us at the gym are struggling now given the length of time we've endured restrictions, and isolation, and having to use our home for every activity.
The home has been our gyms, our workspaces, our sleep and vacation area.
Here we eat, relax, move, and date nights (sort of), chat on video calls and frankly with the only thing we can do outside of that being a visit to Co-Op it is again - fair and just - that we're all feeling it.
Yet, we are doing what is right, and we are doing it well.
Sometimes just talking about and acknowledging it helps.
Sometimes just having it recognised can alleviate the way we are struggling.
This video was posted in our members group today and goes into more detail to help you deal with the lack of borders and boundaries at home.
It reminds us to aim to keep moving, and ways to stay SANE! And to avoid shutting down altogether from distraction and/or boredom.
Have a cuppa and reserve ten minutes to give it some thought

Remember the DD going out every month for the gym you didn't like going to?
Remember all the workouts you attended without seeing any real change?
Did you feel frequently that you couldn't be unconditionally yourself, in order to 'fit in'?
Perhaps in amongst all the madness this is the time where you reflect on what aspects of 'normal' weren't serving you after all?
Just as we're using this time to reflect on our service, and our members true needs
We realise that turning up for a workout, was just a small part of the journey
But more than being just personal trainers, we can do more, to reach out to our community and become better agents for change
