Strikers Quidditch - Portsmouth

Your infrequent reminder to go follow Southsea Quidditch. We rebranded and switched up our model so all updates will now be on that page :)

I realise we haven't posted in a while, a lot has happened in the last year. Everything that Strikers Quidditch was it still is but we have expanded to become a new community team, Southsea Quidditch, bringing in players from further afield and expanding our horizons!

If you would like to play or are interested in seeing the sport played please get in touch!

Today's training session will be at 11am at Bransbury Park, and we can't wait to see you there!

It doesn't matter whether you're new to quidditch or an experienced player, we have a spot for you!

Our first taster session will be tomorrow in Bransbury Park at 10am, we're looking forward to seeing you there!

Yesterday we attended Lightning Cup 2019 hosted by the University of Leicester Quidditch Club ⚡⚡ Congratulations to the Thestrals for their win!

The medals looked awesome and it's amazing to see the charity prizes going to such great causes🥇🏅🏅🥳

We played our hosts, York Horntails Quidditch, Loughborough Longshots Quidditch, Nottingham Nightmares Quidditch Club and the Merc'uries across the day.

We had a great time and can't wait to see you all again! 😁💪

We're looking forward to our joint training with Southampton Quidditch Club this Saturday!

However, this does of course mean our usual training at Bransbury Park is cancelled this week.

That feeling when 60 people turn up to your taster session so you have to double your kit and your local B&Q's profit margins!

Last Saturday was an awesome session but if you missed it don't despair! Everyone is welcome at tomorrow morning's training between 10am and 1pm at Bransbury Park. Just look for our new big blue hoops!
