🏴 Let’s go England! 🏴
It’s Wednesday, which means it’s my night off… so I’m switching up my gym kit tonight in support of England’s first game! ⚽️
No leggings and trainers this evening – it’s football, comfy clothes, and cheering on the boys instead!
Who else is watching England tonight? 🙌⚽️🏆

Why music is so important to me and my classes🎶🖤
Music has always been such a huge part of my life, and it’s the foundation of every class I teach. Whether you come to Pilates, Spin, Aqua, or any of my classes, music is always at the heart of it.
When I was younger, I used to sing (although you probably wouldn’t think that now! 😅). You may have heard me belt out a few notes here and there, especially in my Spin classes!
Garage music will always have my heart—it takes me straight back to my many summers in Cyprus and so many amazing memories. So it was really nice this weekend to be at a live event and prove that I do actually stop working and let my hair down sometimes!
Starting my teaching journey with my Exercise to Music qualification over ten years ago only deepened my love for music. Now I hear music completely differently. I listen to the rhythm, the tempo, the energy, and how it can be used to build and develop a class.
The very first thing I do when creating a class is build the playlist. Then I start creating the movements around the music and piecing everything together.
Does this track suit the movement? Does it create the right energy and emotion for what we’re doing? Can we use the beat to build intensity and momentum?
These are all things that go through my mind when planning.
Because for me, music changes everything. It has the ability to change your mood, influence your emotions, and, in class, help you challenge yourself, switch off from the outside world, and completely lose yourself in the moment. 💗🎶✨
I’ve only recently discovered that I actually like matcha 💚
After spending the last few weeks paying around £5.50 a time in coffee shops, I thought it was probably time to learn how to make my own 😅
My current go-to:
☕️ 2 tsp matcha
☕️ 3-4 pumps skinny food co pistachio syrup
☕️ Skimmed milk
☕️ Frothed to perfection
The perfect little post-client Saturday morning treat before the rest of the weekend begins.
Any matcha lovers here? Send me your recommendations 👇💚
Friday night as a fitness instructor…
I’ll never lie to you and pretend I eat “clean” all the time… because I don’t. 🤷🏼♀️
Fridays are always a big calorie-burn day for me with four classes on the timetable, so by the end of the day I’m ready to switch off and enjoy my evening.
Come and see what I get up to on a Friday night 👀🍕🍷
And the best part? I enjoy every bit of it without feeling guilty.
Because fitness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about balance, consistency, and making room for the things you love too. ❤️

Monday is always one of my busiest days of the week, but it really does kickstart everything.
Here’s what this week has in store…
✨ 10 group fitness classes across gyms and my community classes, with a mix of Pilates, cardio and strength training.
✨ 9 private sessions supporting clients with their individual goals.
✨ 2 brand new clients joining me this week, which I’m so excited about.
✨ 2 Sit Fitness bookings, one of which is with a new client.
✨ 9 private Pilates clients.
✨ A new corporate booking that I’m kicking off this week too.
Life is always busy, especially as we head towards summer and so many people are focused on building healthy habits, feeling stronger and working towards their goals.
I feel incredibly lucky that I get to be a small part of so many different journeys, whether that’s through a class, a private session, workplace wellbeing or helping someone take their very first step into exercise.
If you’re seeing me this week, let me know in the comments what you’re coming to 👇
🙋🏼♀️ This is for all my fellow lazy girls who can’t be bothered to work out today…
Because this was 100% me yesterday.
I was tired.
I’d taken Teddy swimming.
It was getting late.
And honestly, I really couldn’t be bothered.
But I knew I’d feel better afterwards.
Was it the best workout ever? No.
Did I set any PBs? Also no.
Did I get interrupted by the tiny human? Yes 😂
But I still got it done.
I moved my body.
I boosted my mood.
And I chose myself for 30 minutes.
Then I rewarded myself with a homemade Ooni pizza because life is all about balance 🍕✨
A reminder that workouts don’t need to be perfect to count. They don’t need to be long, intense or Instagram-worthy.
They just need to happen.
So if you’re scrolling, debating whether to skip today’s workout, this is your sign…
Get it done 💪🏼
What I ordered on Amazon this week as a fitness instructor, business owner & mum 👇
🎤 Microphone windshields – a non-negotiable for me! Little confession… before COVID, when I taught in gyms, I never really thought about changing the microphone windshield 🤢. Looking back, that’s pretty gross! Now I always make sure I have my own.
💧 Electrolytes – something I take whether I’m teaching or not. My current favourites are the Peachy Punch electrolytes from Rehydration Nation.
💁🏼♀️ Teaser comb – I’m convinced I left mine in Portugal! My hair is really fine, so this is essential for slicking back all those flyaways before class.
🍵 Matcha & a milk frother – I’ve realised recently that I actually like matcha! I’ve tried it before and never really got into it, but after ordering it in a few coffee shops lately, I think it’s finally grown on me. So I’ve ordered some ceremonial grade matcha from and a milk frother to make my own at home. I’ll be experimenting with some syrups too, so wish me luck! ✨
Let me know what you’ve bought on Amazon this week… bonus points if it’s something completely random! 😂👇
POV: Your kid’s been up since 5:50am, already had breakfast, and this is the 10th snack request of the day… 😅
So we’re making it count 🍌✨
Banana topped with a nut & seed mix, a drizzle of Sweet Freedom chocolate sauce, and a few Reese’s chocolate chips.
A little bit of balance, a little bit of fun, and one very happy child. 🤎
Now excuse me while I prepare for snack request number 11… 😂
