Season Round Up
💙 We have been a bit lax on the old Socials recently, apologies for that. So here’s a quick round up of recent fixtures for
In all honesty, it’s been a tough run of results.
Saturday 7 February | 12:30 | King Power Stadium
Leicester City 0–2
A difficult afternoon against a strong United side. We spent long periods without the ball and found it hard to create clear chances.
Possession: 38%
Shots: 6 (2 on target)
Friday 13 February | 19:00 | Joie Stadium
 6–0 Leicester City
A really tough evening away from home. City showed their quality early and it was hard for us to get a foothold in the game.
Possession: 34%
Shots: 4 (1 on target)
Sunday 15 March | 14:00 | Prenton Park
 2–0 Leicester City
A more organised performance, with better shape in midfield. Still lacking that final bit in front of goal, but some positives to take.
Possession: 46%
Shots: 7 (2 on target)
Sunday 22 March | 14:00 | King Power Stadium
Leicester City 1–2
A frustrating one this. We took the lead but couldn’t hold on, with Villa turning it around in the second half.
Possession: 48%
Shots: 9 (3 on target)
Rick Passmoor said after the game:
“The tide will turn… it’s only a matter of time.”
Sunday 29 March | 15:00 | King Power Stadium
Leicester City 0–1
A big game for us and unfortunately one that didn’t go our way. Brighton had more of the ball and created more chances, but we kept going and pushed late on.
Possession: 37%
Shots: 5 (1 on target)
Season so far:
Games played: 18
Wins: 3
Draws: 3
