Good Luck Caitlin on your next chapter up north.

And a huge thank you from all the staff and members at 200.

Don’t be a stranger now... 💁🏻‍♂️

Pubs in Kibworth are going to feel the pinch! 😅

Everything is a copy of a copy of a copy…

Regurgitated content…
AI faces… AI designs…
AI everything…

A feed full of things that look like something you’ve seen before…

But aren’t really anything.

You are not your follower count.
You are not your engagement rate.
You are not the trend you jumped on last Tuesday.

We see what’s happening. Same tool. Same prompt. Same aesthetic. Different logo.

People have built an identity out of borrowed parts and you’re genuinely surprised it feels hollow.

First rule of originality — you don’t copy originality.

We’ve used AI. Won’t pretend we haven’t. But there’s a difference between using a tool and disappearing into one.

Somewhere under all the generated content and recycled ideas there’s still a person.

At least there should be. 🤷🏻‍♂️

So we don’t chase trends. Not because we’re above it.

We’re just done with it.

This is us. Standing in the wreckage of what social media became. Deciding to build something real anyway.

We’ll be the original — even if it costs us the algorithm.

Especially if it costs us the algorithm. 💁🏻‍♂️

We’re hiring.

But we’re not just looking for a coach.

Anyone can coach.

We’re looking for someone who cares about the standard — who shows up for the member, not just the session.

At The 200 Strong every coach leads, not just supervises. You’ll work across a range of programmes, with real members, in a space built around doing things properly.

If you have a growth mindset, high standards, and want to be part of something worth being part of — we’d like to talk to you.

📩 Send your CV and a covering letter to [email protected]

We also offer apprenticeships with full Level 2 & 3 PT qualifications. DM us to find out more.

A Space To Focus

No crowds. No waiting. No guessing.

At The 200 Strong we built something different — a space where your training zone is reserved before you walk in, your programme is waiting in the app, and the standard never drops because the membership is capped.

A space to focus. A system to follow. A standard to maintain.

“That was the hardest class ever.”

Maybe not the compliment you think it is.

If every session leaves you destroyed, you’re not training smarter — you’re just surviving. And surviving doesn’t build the body you’re after.

Good training is structured, progressive, recoverable and purposeful. It works across all three energy systems. It respects heart rate zones. Some days should actually feel manageable — that’s not weakness, that’s the plan working.

A smart week looks like strength work, Zone 2 conditioning, short high intensity intervals, and recovery. Not “go harder every day.”

That’s what we build at The 200 Strong.

A system to follow.

That “niggle” won’t fix itself

That tightness you keep noticing during training or day to day movement is your body asking for support.

Small niggles can quickly turn into bigger issues when they’re ignored.

Sports massage helps reduce muscle tension, improve movement and support recovery so you can keep doing what you love without discomfort.

The hardest part of training isn’t the session.

It’s knowing what to do when you walk in.

Most people piece together a plan from YouTube, old programmes, or what they did last time. It works for a while. Then it doesn’t. Progress stalls. Motivation drops. The gym starts to feel like a chore.

At The 200 Strong, every member trains with a choice of structured programmes — built around progression, not just effort. You know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what comes next.

No guesswork. No random workouts.
Just a system that compounds over time.

Considered Training — for those who value time, focus and consistency.

If joining The 200 Strong has been on your mind — this is your sign.

We have a tours available this week but memebrship spaces are genuinely limited (as we cap our membership).

Here’s how it works:

📍 Come in and meet us
🏋️ We show you the gym, the pods, the programme
📱 You see exactly how STRONG 365 works
☕ We have a coffee and answer every question

No pressure. No hard sell. Just an honest look at what we do here. If it’s right for you, great. If it’s not — no hard feelings.

But if you’ve been sitting on the fence… come see it for yourself.

DM us or click the link in bio to book your tour.
