Whetstone Athletic FC Vixens

What an amazing week of pre-season football for these guys! A mid week fixture saw them 0-3 down at half time, only to come out and take the game 4-3 with a superb upbeat performance from start to finish.
Today they played a tournament at North Kilworth and won the group with DWWW. They played some great football but conceded an unlucky goal in the semis to lose against the eventual winners. A true team effort today that they should all be proud of.

Next weekend at the club….

After two years of back to back league promotions, the girls finished this season with a respectable mid table position. Presentation night saw awards going to some very deserving members of the squad. Congratulations girls on your 25/26 season - here’s to next year! ⚽️❤️🖤⚽️
