4 years ago my consultant told me I need a total knee replacement & you’ll never be able to run again, 2.5 years ago I had that total knee replacement and today I smashed my PB and ran 10k in 55.19 sec! It’s only all over when you accept it, believe in yourself and always REFUSE TO GIVE UP!
