Richard Harrison welcomes you to a fun, well instructed yoga class providing relaxation, pranayama (breath work), sun salutations and steady asana practice. A unique mix of three styles of yoga, steeped in tradition but modern in approach.

1.Iyenger yoga for alignment
2.Sivananda Yoga for gentle stretching and breath control
3.Ashtanga yoga for heat, flexibility and strength

Hi everyone, following Government advice the Studio is now closed. Keep practicing at home and (as always) you can email or ring me if you have any queries about any of your Yoga practice. Thank you to everyone for your amazing support, hopefully we will see you all in the not too distant future. We are going to be putting some videos online later this week, so will keep you posted (or check the website www.oadbyyoga.co.uk for updates). Take care of yourselves and your families at this extraordinary time
