✨ Outdoor Sound Bath & Meditation ✨
Join me this Friday, 19th June, from 8:00–9:00pm for an evening of rest, relaxation and reconnection beneath the open sky in beautiful Stoughton. 🌿🌙
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, constantly rushing from one thing to the next, or simply craving some time for yourself, this is your invitation to slow down.
During our hour together, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath experience. The soothing vibrations of the instruments can help calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind and create space to simply be.
Please bring:
🧘♀️ A yoga mat
🛏️ A blanket
☁️ A pillow or cushion for comfort
🧥 Warm, comfy layers (evening temperatures can drop)

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re coming together to raise awareness, encourage conversation, and support an incredibly important cause.
Join us on Saturday 27th June 2026 at Stu-Nique Fitness, Leicester, for a special Charity Fitness & Wellness Event.
🔥 9:00–10:00 AM – Salvation Saturday
A partner workout designed to push you to your limits.
🧘 10:00–11:00 AM – Yoga & Sound Bath with Embody by Anne
A chance to unwind, reset and reconnect after the workout.
This is a donation-based event – pay what you want, pay what you feel. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will go towards supporting men’s mental health charities.
