Huge thank you to everyone for today. Thank you to all the officials and volunteers who helped make the day run quickly and smoothly and all the teams who attended putting on a packed morning of fights.

Please be aware that there is a football match at the city ground near the gym on Saturday. Kick off isn't until 3pm.

We are starting in the morning and should be in and out of gym by kick off time but be aware that traffic could be increased, roads closed and parking limited. Please plan accordingly.

For those visiting the gym for the first time...

1. LOCATION

Our address is Leicester Mixed Martial Arts Academy, St Mary's Works Unit 22 (top floor), Burnmoor Street, Leicester LE2 7JL. The entrance is on Lineker Road at "Stairs E", which is located by the gates at the rear of the building with a yellow sign above it.

2. PARKING

Given the number of people likely to be coming the parking will get filled up quickly. Please allow time to find a spot and get to the academy.

Your parking options are:

a) Park at the rear of the building in car park at end using a designated bay.
b) RECOMMENDED. Use a local car park such as Freemens Park on Aylestone Rd (under 5min walk, free for 5 hours).

Do not park on the street as they will ticket on match days.
