This past month I’ve had 4 of my fantastic goalkeepers achieve the ’player of the match’ award and many clean sheets between them all. I love coaching all my gk’s 🧤🥳🤩 super proud of them all!

Graces first session complete ✔️ 🌟
The session focused on fast feet to get across her goal into a low dive. Then composing herself to give her defender a nice roll out to start the attack.
Lots of distribution covered (throwing, kicking, rolls) and 1 vs 1’s. Remember to tuck your head in for a 1 vs 1 and make yourself big when coming out!
