I have returned from my Antipodian adventure and looking forward to my new schedule of yoga classes to share with you.
Thrussington Village Hall on Mondays 7-8.30pm
Thrussington Village Hall on Fridays 9.15-10.45am
And for those Ragdale Hall members I will be teaching a regular Wednesday evening class 7-8.15pm and Hatha yoga on Saturdays at 2pm twice a month🙏
I look forward to sharing my classes with you so book in x Gymcatch for Thrussington Hall and I look forward to seeing some of you in my Ragdale Hall classes 😘🙏

I am sooo excited to be starting back teaching my classes again at Thrussington Village Hall.
Sooo many thanks to the Amazing Anne Keeshan for keeping my classes going while I have been recovering from my surgery, I am sure you all enjoyed her practice x
