Welcome to team Tempo Fitness Thierry! Thierry has spent his life as a Professional Footballer in the English, French and Italian leagues playing for clubs such as Notts County, Crewe Alexandra and Macclesfield Town. He now brings his experience to Tempo Fitness as a fully qualified Personal Trainer! 💪🏼🙌🏼
One of the highlights of the week was Anisha who after a 4 week programme saw a 5kg increase in her Deadlift, 10kg increase in her Squat and a 5kg increase in her Overhead press when retesting her 1RMs this week 🙌🏼 On to the next programme starting this week!
